Technology Integration in the workplace

CHARLOTTE, NC -- Over the past 4 months I have been working with TIAA-CREF Financial Services at their Charlotte campus to assist them in looking at possible ways to improve work efficiency and processes, specifically with LEAN and the Huddles created within each department, through technology integration. Throughout this first phase, a needs analysis study was conducted, in-house visits, and meetings with individuals charged with this project to determine what technologies and training were needed and how it relates to business practices already in place.
